Product FAQS

How are these clubs adjustable?

  • You can purchase Delta Weights that are compatible with the Delta Clubs to micro-load at 1.25, 2.5 and 3.75 lbs. You can see our Delta Weights HERE

4 Clubs in 1?

  • With the purchase of the delta weights (1.25, 2.5 and 3.75lbs) 1 club will turn into 4 clubs. For example if you purchase a 10lb Delta Club + the Delta Weights, you would have the following weight settings 15, 16.25, 17.5, 18.75lbs

Are the Delta Weights included?

  • No, our Delta Weights are a separate purchase; you can find them HERE

Is the entire Club Rubber Coated?

  • No, just the pommel (rubber ball at end) and the barrel are rubber coated, this will prevent the club from ruining your floors if they were to fall over and hopefully not destroy your home or garage if you should accidentally hit something.

Are your handles knurled?

  • Yes for the Delta Club the handles are slightly knurled to help with better grip confirmation.

Can I use these clubs to strike tires?

  • NO, the Delta Club is not meant to strike any object.

Which Club Weight should I start with?

  • Men - 2 Hand Club Training 15lbs
  • Men - Single Arm Club Training 10lbs
  • Women - 2 Hand Club Training 10lbs + Delta Weights (10, 11.25, 12.5, 13.75lbs)
  • Women - Single Arm Club Training 7lbs

Should I start with 2-hand club training or single-arm club training first?

  • We would recommend the Wildman 2 Hand Club Program for beginners. Having the second hand to help with control with steel club movements definitely will help with control, cadence, and protect you from hitting yourself.
  • However many people start with single-arm club training, there really is not a wrong way to start with 2-hand club training or single-arm club training.

Which Club Should I start with Delta Club or Cobra Club?

  • We recommend all beginners start with the Delta Club because it's adjustable. You will get the most out of your training and pocketbook by purchasing a Delta Club + Delta Weights

How do I find programs that work with your equipment?

Everything you need to know

Rubber Coated vs Steel Clubs?

Explore the why behind the different style of kettlebells, to pick the one that best fits your needs.
Rubber-coated
Our rubber-coated steel clubs are built for serious training without the stress of damaging your floors. Whether you’re in an apartment, training barefoot, or swinging over tile, the protective coating reduces impact, dampens noise, and keeps your space safe—so you can focus on getting stronger, not fixing dents.
Steel Clubs
If you have gym mats or a floor you don't mind scuffing up, our steel clubs are super smooth to swing, easy to clean and feel great in your hands. Steel clubs are designed for gyms or home gyms. They are also practically indestructible. You won't have to worry about ever damaging these bad boys.
Different Kinds of Rubber Coated Clubs
Our rubber coated club line includes Delta Clubs and Cobra Clubs. Delta's have adjustable micro-loading weights to add on for advancing your training. We recommend the Delta Clubs for beginners so they can advance their practice, without breaking the bank. The Cobra Club is the adventure club. Totally sealed and water tight, to fight off elements like sand, rain, or dirt. Throw them in the back of your car and take them wherever you may go.
