- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
